青山学院大学・上智大学と考える博士人材
Thinking about doctoral candidates with Aoyama Gakuin University and Sophia University

これまで、博士人材を輩出する教育機関といえば国公立大学が中心でしたが、近年、私立大学においても博士学生を増やし、支援する動きが広まっています。
今回のシンポジウムでは、博士人材の輩出に注力している青山学院大学・上智大学との共同企画。二大学から、文系・理系を含むさまざまな研究領域の博士学生が自身の研究内容および将来のキャリアビジョン等について語ります。

Until now, national and public universities have been the main educational institutions producing doctoral candidates, but in recent years, there has been a growing trend among private universities to increase and support the number of doctoral students. This symposium is a joint project with Aoyama Gakuin University and Sophia University, both of which are committed to producing doctoral candidates. Doctoral students from various research fields, including the humanities and sciences, from the two universities will talk about their research and future career aspirations.

Considering career paths outside of academia for doctoral candidates from a broad perspective

博士人材においては、自身の研究領域における研究職以外のキャリアパスについて具体的なイメージを持つ機会が少ないという課題があります。今回は、そういった王道の選択肢だけでないさまざまなキャリアパスを含め、文部科学省・企業それぞれの基調講演にてバラエティ豊かに示します。

One issue facing doctoral graduates is that they have few opportunities to form a concrete image of career paths other than research positions in their own research field. This time, we will present a wide variety of career paths, including not only the standard options, in keynote speeches from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and companies.

基調講演、学生発表の後には博士学生・文部科学省・企業３社が博士人材の現在と未来について本音で語り合うパネルディスカッションをご用意しています。将来のキャリアパスに悩む博士学生の皆さんはもちろん、博士人材の採用をご検討中の企業の皆さんにもご視聴いただきたい内容です。

After the keynote speech and student presentations, there will be a panel discussion where doctoral students, MEXT and three companies will have a frank discussion about the present and future of doctoral talent. This is a must-watch for doctoral students who are worried about their future career paths, as well as companies considering hiring doctoral talent.

前職では、人事システムの導入・運用や、グループ全体の人事システム・人事制度企画を経験した後、事業人事部門にて、採用・人材開発・海外人事に従事。2014年から約6年間、英国にて海外統括会社（EMEA地域：欧州・中東・アフリカ）の総務人事責任者を務めた。2020年に富士通に転職後、本社人事（CoE）にてグローバルタレントマネジメントの制度設計を担当。現在はR&D部門のHRBPとして、博士人材の採用、育成、活躍促進等に関する取り組みをリードしている。
北海道大学大学院 教養深化プログラムのフェロー兼アドバイザー、および北海道大学大学院 非常勤講師も務めている。

2017年 フォルシア株式会社入社。自身のAI研究を活用した産学連携での研究開発や新規事業開発など、DXプロジェクトを包括的に牽引。2023年 トグルホールディングス株式会社入社。研究開発を重ね、不動産開発向けSaaSとなるデベNAVIを立ち上げ。2025年 現職。デジタルツイン・GIS・空間幾何、最適化・LLM・BIMなど、AIをはじめとする多様な技術を活用したプロダクト・研究開発を牽引。京都大学大学院情報学研究科/博士。

薮本 沙織 氏

文系博士後期課程研究指導認定退学ののち、文部科学省等において初等中等教育行政、高等教育行政、文化行政等に従事。
大学院時代の専門は英米倫理学、道徳哲学研究。
2017年より現職。専門はリカレント教育・学校教育、職業教育、博士人材等。
